Christmas Music

Hi everyone,

Back to normal after the Easter break which was lovely and sharing a new challenge over at Holly Jolly this week.

This week we would love you to add some Christmas Music to your project.

I do not have any Christmas music stamps so I went and had a look on line and found a music sheet image for “Hark The Herald Angels Sing”.  Unfortunately I cannot remember the exact address but the image is perfect for the challenge.

I tried to get that sort vintage look with some Soft Suede ink and dauber.  The baby image is a retired stamp set called First Christmas.

I have added a button, some bling, thread, lace and a ribbon also.  I felt I needed something more so I found some white lace I have had for ages and daubered Soft Suede ink to change the colour.

Here is my card:

Supplies:

Stamp set: First Christmas

Card: Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Pretty in Pink
Ink: Crumb Cake, Soft Suede

Accessories:  Natural Linen Thread, Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon (retired), Lace (Non-SU), Scallop Trim Border, Subtles Designer Buttons, Basic Rhinestones, Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesive

Well another card to add the Christmas Stash for the end of the year and this time a little bit Vintage to be different.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges

Amusing Challenges – Anything Goes

Allsorts Challenge - #200 Vintage

Catch the Bug Challenge – Anything with Cardstock and Bling

Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge – #118 Based on Christmas Carol/Song

Crafty Ribbons Challenge – # 42 Anything Goes with Ribbon

Paper Crafting Journey Challenge – Ribbon or Lace

Rhedd  & Rosie Challenge - #3 Vintage/Shabby

Please stop by Holly Jolly if you get a chance and say ‘hello’.

Have a wonderful week…Meg
