Joy Fold Card

Cindy is hosting the new challenge over at Come and Get It and this week we want to see what wonderful

Joy Fold Cards

you can create.

If you have not created a Joy Fold card before here is the link for the tutorial over at Splitcoast.

The colours for my card have been inspired by the Tea for Two DSP, just loved this paper and the colours.

The colours I have used are Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade, So Saffron plus some neutrals Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake.

Here is the outside of my Joy Fold card:

and the inside is simple and clean with a little butterfly

Supplies:

Stamp set: Perfect Punches

Card: Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade, So Saffron, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake
Ink: Calypso Coral

Accessories:  2-3/8” (6 cm) Scallop Circle Punch, 1-1/4” (3.2 cm) Scallop  Circle Punch, Extra Large Oval Punch, Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die, Tea for Two DSP, Enchantment Brad (retired), Basic Rhinestones, Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesive

I have layered the flower on an extra scallop circle and the flower has been added the front of the card with dimensionals.  The top fold is kept close as the edge is under the scalloped flower.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

My Time to Craft Challenge – # 219 Use Kraft

Pumpkin Spice Challenge – # 17 Nature

Stamping With Dragon Challenge – Spring has Sprung

AUD Sentiments Challenge – #79 Happy Birthday

Paper Pretties Challenge - #24 Fabulous Folds

Creative Card Crew Challenge – # 34 Handmade Flowers

Enjoy your week and have fun creating those Joy Fold cards!

See you next time……Meg

I've never made a joy fold card before, but when I spotted the tutorial over at Come and Get It I got started right away with my second confirmation card for a boy. This card is beautiful, such a lovely color combination and beautiful papers, and I do like the details of the flower and butterfly. A great birthday card for a woman!

Beautiful! I really like how you finished the inside of the card, I am sometimes at a loss how to do that! Just signed up to be a demonstrator and anxiously awaiting my kit!

Hugs,
Beth
