Christmas Tag Wishes

Hello and welcome.

Just a quick note to share with you my card for our new challenge at Holly Jolly.

Our Theme: Tag It

Our Sponsor: A Day for Daisies, Bugaboo and My Besties

I have used an image from My Besties and coloured it in with Copic Markers.

I have added a tag with a Christmas sentiment " A Merry Little Wish..." on it.  The sentiment is from the SU Festival of Trees stamp set and has been stamped in Sahara Sand.

Here is my card:


I love the non traditional colours.

The tags has been daubered with some Sahara Sand ink.

I just love the snowflake it is from a piece of lace I have in my stash.

Here is a close up of the image, snowflake and sentiment.



The dots on the dress and head scarf were added using a White Gel pen.

The Copic Colours used were: 

Skin: E0000, 000, 00, 11, R20, 01
Other: W00, 5, 3, 1
R85, 83, 81, 0000
BG11, 13, 000, 0000, 10

Wishes

Hello and I hope you are well.

 

We have a lovely challenge over at ABC Challenge which we are sure you will want to join:

 

W is for Wishes

What will you wish for ?  Mine is a Christmas wish and I have used one of our sponsor’s beautiful images.  Our sponsor is Polkadoodle.

 

A very simple layout as I just adore the image and the SU Softly Falling embossing folder creates a perfect background.

 

The cardstock used is SU Marina Mist and Shimmer Whisper White plus Xpress It Blending cardstock.

 

Here is my card:

The little sentiment is from the SU Festival of Trees set and reads “A Merry Little Wish…”

 

I have also added some extra snowflakes from the SU Frosted Sequins Embellishments.

I also added some sparkle to the hat and the trimming on the boot with some Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.

Christmas Teddy Bear

Time to share with you my Christmas card for the Holly Jolly Christmas challenge.  Our theme:

 

Teddy Bears

 

We have some great sponsors too, so please come over and join us!

 

 

I have used my own image and this was the first stamp that I fell in love with when I started stamping. The stamp is by PSX and product number is K-980.

 

He is perfect for this challenge and my card is created in a CAS style using SU Shimmer White cardstock and some DSP from my stash.

 

The end of the DSP has been punched using the Scallop Edge Bunch.

The little sentiment is from the SU Festival of Trees stamp set and reads “ A Merry Little Wish…” which has been stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink.

 

The circles have been punched using the Owl Builder punch and the heart from a retired little heart punch.
