CCC - Embossing

Hello – just a quick post to let you know about our new challenge over at Crafty Creations.

 

For the next two weeks our theme is:

 

Embossing

 

and we are sponsored by Beccy’s Place and I have used a new image called Dance Lessons. It is way too cute!

 

The lovely paper I used was given to me by a friend a few weeks ago and it seem perfect for this image. I have used both sides of the paper on the card.  Blackberry Bliss is a very deep colour but I think helped lift the darker flowers in the paper.

Ink: Crumb Cake, Blackberry Bliss
Accessories: Marianne Die “Large Petra Oval” , SU Ovals Collection Die, SU Circle Collection, Memory Box Lace Circle, SU Large Scallop Die, SU Delicate Designs Embossing Folder, Maja Design Paper, Xpress It Blending Cardstock, Dimensionals, Rhinestones

 

 

 

I added some Crumb Cake ink with a dauber to the embossing to make it stand out on the Crumb Cake cardstock.  Just a little bit of bling today just in the middle of the flower on the headband and two on the embossing scallops.

The copic colours used were:

Leaves & Eyes: G000, 24, 21, 40

Tutu & Headband: V0000, 20,22,25

Elephant: C00, 1, 5, 2, 3, R000, 21, 30

Mouse: N0, 2, R30

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Aren’t they both adorable, can you see the little mouse on the elephant’s trunk maybe he is the dancing instructor !
