CAGI Colour Challenge

Hi everyone, I am back from my trip to Melbourne to see my Sister and her family and also watch my three nieces dance in a competition in Ballarat.  So we travelled quite a bit.

They all danced wonderfully and I am very proud to them.  After catching up on some sleep I am back in the swing of things creating again before I start my new job this week. So it is all happening and all very exciting.

The first card I have created is for the Come and Get It colour challenge for this week.

We are challenging you to use some warm colours  - Red, Brown and Orange.

I have done some sponging with the three colours to create a background for the silhouette stamp.  The silhouette stamp was stamped in Whisper White and then embossed with clear embossing powder.

Here is my card

Supplies:

Stamp set: Field Flowers, Serene Silhouettes
Card: Real Red, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Early Espresso, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie
Accessories:  Very Vanilla Ribbon, Basic Rhinestones, SNAIL Adhesive

Unfortunately the colours are not captured as soft in the photo as they are in real life but I love the simple layout.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Stemplesonne Challenge - #98 Autumn

Sarah Hurley Challenge - #84 Autumn Glow

Loves Rubber Stamp Challenge - #71 Show us  Fall Colours

Great sponging! I love how you embossed the floral image in clear. I would have never thought to leave it like that but it looks so cool! Thanks for playing at ATSM. :)
