Cottage Garden Challenge

Yes back again with another card, this time from the Creative Sketches CS22 Sketch Challenge.

 

 

What do you think of the sketch challenges that have lots of layers – I love them as you get to use the some of that DSP you just had to have LOL!

 

So I have used the Sunny Garden DSP and again taken the colours from this paper.  Colours in this DSP include Poppy Parade, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz and Peach Parfait.

 

A change for me too – hardly any stamping. 

 

I just randomly stamped the small bunch of flowers from the Cottage Garden stamp set in Peach Parfait ink on the Peach Parfait base card.

Creative Sketches Colour Challenge

Below is a copy of the current Creative Sketches colour challenge.

 

 

 

 

I have created a card with using the Not Quite Navy, Whisper White and Cherry Cobbler and I have used the Skipping Stone Sketch # 63 for the layout.

 

 

 

 

Supplies:

Stamp set: Punch Bunch

Card: Not Quite Navy, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler
Ink: Not Quite Navy, Real Red, Crumb Cake

Accessories:  1-3/4” (4.4 cm) Scallop Circle Extra-Large Punch, Texture Impressions Embossing Folder, 3/8” (1 cm) Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon, Basic Rhinestones, Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesive

 

 

I was not sure I could get something to work well in these colours but I am happy with the end result.
