Anything but a Card

Hi everyone – ready for a new challenge at Come and Get It?!

I hope so because is it Anything but a Card this week.

I have used the Petite Purse Die and I love it!

I have created two little bags one in Basic Black which has been embossed and the other in Very Vanilla with some DSP paper.  Both have brads that I had in my stash - my favourite the Antique Brads and the mini silver brad

Here are my little creations:

Supplies:

Card: Basic Black, Very Vanilla
Accessories:  Mini Silver Brads, Antique Brads, Petite Purse Die, Candlelight Christmas Speciality DSP, SNAIL Adhesive

The little bag fits 4 mini Mentos lollies but you could add some tissue paper and place some jewellery for a special gift or maybe create some unique gifts for guests at a wedding.  The limit is just your imagination!

The only thing I would do different next time is to use some Sticky Strip to give some extra strength to the handles.

I would like to enter this little creation in the following challenges:

Anything But a Card Challenges – # 2 Challenge

Heck of a Challenge Monthly – # 1 Anything Goes

Ladybug Crafts Monthly Challenge – # 1 Anything Goes

Natalie and Amy Monthly Challenge – # 1 Anything Goes

The Sisterhood of Crafters – No Stamps allowed

Simon Says Stamps Challenge – Emboss It

Creative Craft Challenges – Anything Goes

Shopping Our Stash Challenge - #69 Emboss

Lexis Creations Challenge – Make a Gift

So what wonderful creation will you come up with to join us over at Come and Get It this week?  If you would like a little more inspiration please stop by and see what the other Design Team members have created plus there are prizes to be won as the challenge is sponsored by Fred She Said Designs.

Have a wonderful week and keep safe…. Meg

These are such beautiful little gift bags, so different but such an amazing way of giving a girlfriend or female family member something special. It's one gift packing that would never be thrown away. I love the embossed black one, it almost looks like a real handbag.
Thank you so much for joining us this time at Lexi's Creations.
