The challenge this week at Inkspirational is a sketch challenge and who doesn’t love a sketch!

 

I raided my stash and found some retired stamp a stack paper and then of course added some butterflies and bling.

Use a Number

A great new challenge over at Crafty Creations this week!  The challenge is to Use Numbers!

I have used some retired DSP and the layout from the Clean and Simple Sketch 254 for the layout of my card plus I have used some of the new images from the Sketched Birthday stamp set.

Pink Christmas

We have a Monochromatic challenge at Holly Jolly this week, so I have gone very non-traditional colours and used different shades of Pink.

 

The layout of the card is very simple and again I have raided my stash and found some perfect retired DSP.

CAGI Travel

Our challenge this week at Come and Get It is themed around Travel, so where would you go?

 

I went searching in my stash for an image and found a wonderful dream image of Paris.  Ahh the City Of Love.

 

I am not sure who made the image and I don’t think I have used it before but I thought it was perfect for my card. 

 

I also stamped the En Francais image on the Perfect Plum cardstock in Perfect Plum ink and again in Crumb Cake on the Crumb Cake cardstock and layered them up.

Christmas Winter Sports

We are in Christmas Sports mode over at Holly Jolly this week.

 

We want to see your Christmas creations with winter sport theme.  Our Christmas sports here in Australia are no where close to Winter mode, so I placed the Surfing Santa image on the shelf and have gone ice skating instead.

 

I have used our sponsor’s image called Winter Birds Skate.  The paper is from a retired paper stack that I found and thought the colour just made the card very bright and cheerful.

 

The layout for my card was inspired by the Layout and Unscripted Sketches Flashback Summer Sketch #69.

I love sketches and I love the sketch that Shell has created for the new Come and Get It Challenge.

 

I have used some of the Etcetera DSP and added a bow and a butterfly to create my card. 

 

At the moment I am into bows so this ribbon is perfect for creating wonderful wide bows and they hold so well, just another reason to love them!
