X is for Xtreme

Hello and thanks for visiting.

We have a fun new challenge over at ABC Challenges and we would love you to join us!

Our challenge is X for Xtreme
(so bright, bold colours)

We have two fabulous sponsors Marianne Designs plus Stamp & Create

I have used a Magnolia image called Tilda Loves Flowers and coloured the image in with Copic Markers.

The dies used are from the SU Ovals Collection, Marianne Design Petra Large Oval and Marianne Design LR0280 (Heart Design).

I cut the Marianne Design Heart die twice once in Melon Mambo cardstock and the other in Whisper White cardstock.  The Whisper White die I cut down to fit on the other date and stamped Wishes word in Melon Mambo ink from the SU Endless Wishes stamp set.

The paper used is Kaiserkraft Telegraph Collection – Believes.  The cardstock used is SU Melon Mambo, Sahara Sand and Xpress It Blending cardstock.

Here is my card:

The embossing on the Marianne Large Petra Oval die have been daubered with Sahara Sand ink.

The Lace was in my stash a present from my Mum and then a small bit of paper was placed on top and then the sparkle strip on top.

Here is a close up of the image:

Winter

It is so cold here in Sydney very Wintery but without the snow our lovely city does not quite fit the theme of our new challenge at Holly Jolly which is:

Winter Wonderland
We have some fabulous sponsors and I have used one the images from our sponsor Oddball Art.

This cheeky image is surrounded by lots of snowflakes creating her winter scene.

I have created a fairly CAS card and added some extra snowflakes from the retired SU Frosted Sequins set and added some bling.

Here is my card:

hj winter

The die used is a Memory Box die called Peaceful Snowflake Frame Set and the sentiment is from the SU stamp set Endless Wishes and has been stamped in Pool Party ink.
