Team Blog Hop #39

You may have joined my blog from Linda's or maybe you are just browsing either way
Welcome to the Stampers Anonymous team blog hop for February.

This month we have a sketch challenge.

I have created a card using Sale-a-Bration Daffodil Afternoon DSP and the cute Hello Ladybug stamp set.
I stamped the Lady Bug image in Evening Evergreen and punched out the body and wings using the Ladybug Builder Punch which can be found in the January - June Mini Catalogue.

The wings are from the Vellum Laying Designs pack also in the Mini Catalogue, I nearly missed them but they have great designs.

Here is a look at my card:

The base card used is Mossy Meadow and I added some Champagne Rhinestones.
The image was die cut using the Layering Circles Dies.

Here is a closer look at the image:

You can see the pattern on the vellum in this photo
The ribbon used is Gold Fine Art.

The sentiment and leaf have been stamped in Mossy Meadow ink but the leaf was stamped off once.

Team Blog Hop # 38

Happy New Year!

I hope your 2022 has started off well and that you are keeping safe.

We have a fabulous team blog hop to share with you and if are following the blog hop you will have joined my blog after visiting Sharon's blog.

Our challenge this month is Anything Goes.

I have decided that I need to make time to do some crafting so I have been taking a sheet of Whisper White Cardstock and playing with different colours and images and stamping.

I then cut up the Whisper White Cardstock up and create some cards.
Sort of One Sheet Wonder but a little different.

So for this challenge I was inspired to try some different colours which I saw funnily enough on a fabric softener bottle.  The end result was a little different then planned but I still like it.

The ink colours use are Daffodil Delight, Sahara Sand, Mossy Meadow, Garden Green, Balmy Blue and Night of Navy.

Card stock used is Garden Green, Sahara Sand and Whisper White.

I have only added a sentiment to one of the cards and the others I will add sentiments later.

I ended up cutting the A4 Whisper White cardstock so I had 4 cards and with a little strip left over which I may use on the inside of the card.

The images stamped on the Whisper White cardstock were from the Sale-a-Bration "Friendly Hello" set and "Artistically Inked" stamp set in the main catalogue.

Here is the card with the sentiment and the sentiment is from the new seasonal catalogue called "Nature Harvest"

This is two of the other cards

and the last card

Team Blog Hop # 35

Hello and welcome.

It's been a while since I have had a chance to do any crafting so I am super excited to be joining this months team blog hop.

For October we have a Colour Challenge and if you may have arrived here from Elizabeth's blog.

I have used Artistically Inked Stamps for the images on my cards and the co-ordinating Artistic Dies.

The Many Messages Stamp set and Messages Die provides lots of different sentiments and styles, so I could pick the best one for the card.  The sentiments were stamped in Calypso Coral.

As I was in a crafting moment and had some spare time I created 4 cards with this colour combo.

All the card bases are  Calypso Coral.

Card 1

Added some DSP from the Tidings of Christmas DSP pack which has Sahara Sand & Whisper White and some bling.

Card 2
I stamped the swirly background image in Calyso Coral randomly on the card base and then added a strip of the images, sentiment and bling.

Card 3
The flowers and leaves have been die cut once stamped on Whisper White.
I rounded the corners on the Whisper White base, added some dimensionals and linen thread under the sentiment, plus of course a little bling.

Card 4
I stamped the flowers, leaves and spots on Whisper White and a die cut Calypso Coral card stock border using the Basic Borders Dies.
Apologies the thread is retired but I had not realised until the card was finished.

Team Blog Hop # 32

 Hello and welcome,

You maybe joining my blog post from Marelle's blog as our team is having our monthly blog hop.

For this month we have a sketch

I have created two cards from the sketch using the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp and Sunflower dies.

The sunflowers are stamped in Soft Suede ink on a piece of the Expressions in Ink
Designer Series Paper.

The centre of the flowers has been die cut from Gold Foil Sheets using the centre die that co-ordinates with the stamp set.

The paper that I stamped on has such different levels of colour and created such different looks for each of the Sunflowers.

The birthday card

and Thank You card

Both sentiments are from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set and have been stamped in Soft Suede ink and then cut to size.

The paper behind the sentiments is also from the Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper and there are cut to different lengths for each card.

The little bling added are Champagne Rhinestones.
The base card stock is Pale Papaya and then a layer of Basic White.

On to Sharon  blog next.

Should you get lost on the way here is a list of all the team players

Meighan Wheller - you are here

Team Blog Hop # 24

Hello and welcome to our team blog hop for November.

This month we have a sketch that the team is working with.

Here is what the sketch looks like:

I have created a Christmas card with this sketch:

I have used the very cute SU stamp set "Have a Hoot" and coloured the owls in with SU Blends.

I have used Snowflake Splendor DSP for some layers on the card and the sentiment is from the same stamp set. The sentiment is stamped in Coastal Cabana ink.

Here is another look at the image:

They are the cutes little owls.
It was easy to create a few cards at the one time as I had all the pieces cut up.

Here is another look at the card using a different piece of the DSP.

The DSP has a sort of splatted effect to it and created a great back ground layer and I have added lots of  Adhesive Backed Snowflakes.

The image was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Whisper White cardstock.

So who is on our blog hop this month:

Southern Girls Goodbye

Today the final post at Southern Girls Challenge

It is a sad time that this challenge is closing but I am so blessed to have been part of the design team and have made some wonderful friends.

It is so amazing to think that you can create friendships with people all over the world and all from crafting.

My card has been created celebrating these wonderful friendships.

A fairly simple card with an image that just captures a time when you are just reflecting on a moment in time and great memories.

Thank you all very much for the memories and Lou and Tracey for asking me to be part of this fantastic design team.

Here is a close up of the image and the sentiment.

The stamp set used is a Stampin' Up set called Beautiful Moments and the image has been coloured using Stampin' Up Blends.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for visiting.
